"We hired Xentropa Services to remodel a 3 bedroom 2 bath home which included flooring installation (laminate and vinyl), flooring transition pieces, painting of walls, doors and heat registers, replacement of a sliding glass door, installation of new baseboard molding and coving,  installation of new sinks and sink plumbing, installation of new appliances, cabinet repair, rehanging of all doors, deck repair and several other items.   We were extremely pleased with the result as well as the process.  The communications, recommendations and status/progress updates were excellent.  We also really liked (the) fact (that) Xentropa worked on a fixed bid basis vs an open ended hourly charge.  We did request changes to a few fixed bid items as process went along.  In instances where we added work, Xentropa accommodated our change requests at extremely fair and reasonable charges.  In instances where we decreased work, Xentropa, on their own accord, decreased price accordingly.  Throughout the project Xentropa services continually met their commitments, exceeded our expectations and definitely earned our trust and confidence.  We will use Xentropa again."
